Personalized All-Inclusive Family Vacations Tailored Just for You!

Working as a Travel Advisor over the last 4+ years, I have talked with a lot of clients about their wanting to take a "different" vacation from their norm. Many love the idea of an all-inclusive vacation but don't know where they want to go or what to look for when trying to make those decisions. That's why I'm here! I can help you navigate your options -- keeping your budget in mind -- and find the perfect destination and resort for your family. 

Many of my clients have an idea of which islands they're most (or least) interested in visiting -- and that actually puts us at the perfect starting point. I like to talk a bit about your priorities.. YOU know your family best, so sharing as much as you can with me will be most helpful. 

Some things we’ll talk about to determine which resorts might be the best fit for your family…

• How important is an amazing beach? Not all beaches are created equal.

• Maybe you’re not a big beach family but you prefer amazing pools and maybe even a water park… let me know this!!

• Are you foodies? Some resorts do have better food than others. 

• Are you looking for a lot of on-site activities? Some resorts offer activities throughout the day and evening hours, while others are more low-key.

• Do you want motorized water sports to be included? Most resorts include non-motorized water sports, while some also include motorized for no additional cost.

• Kids clubs – do you plan to use them? We should look at the ages of the clubs and times they’re open, as well as policies to make sure it’s the right fit.

• Would you like to have exchange privileges with a nearby resort? Some family resorts offer exchange privileges at an adjacent sister property (usually it would be an adult-only property, so you’d either need to utilize the kids club or have someone to stay with your kiddos).  

• Do you have a preference of how far you need to drive from the airport once you arrive at your destination? 

• Are you planning to stay on-site most of the time? If you want to venture off-site without planning an excursion, some islands might be safer than others for this type of adventure. So let’s definitely be sure to discuss this too.

But what does it really mean to take an all-inclusive family vacation? 

• Once you arrive at the resort, you don't have to worry about paying for anything (with the exception of if you want to go on an off-site excursion or maybe relax with a spa treatment).

• Tipping is to be expected at most all-inclusive resorts for some workers, so keep that in mind – most employees at Beaches Resorts cannot accept tips, but employees at most other brands will accept (and greatly appreciate) tips as that’s how they make most of their money.

• When you sit down to eat a meal, you can order as much as you want to eat and drink. Order multiple appetizers, entrees and desserts if you’d like… it’s all included! And try new things… this is the time!!

• Got a picky eater with a hearty appetite? They can enjoy their feast of whatever they'd like -- and as much as they'd like -- and you don't need to worry about paying extra for any of it! They too can try something new and if they don't like it, they can order something else.

• Nearly every activity at the resort is going to be included in the price of your vacation. Games, shows, paddleboarding, water parks, kids clubs, beach chairs… 

• You can spend the entire vacation in one place if you want… OR you can venture out and around the destination to explore. 

You literally get to do whatever YOU want to do – this is YOUR vacation at YOUR pace.
